The Aircraft Engineering Service of the Orion-X Airline has been detached to the separate organization – Orion Engineering. The Orion Engineering performs the maintenance of the Embraer 135 BJ, Boeing 737 NG (BBJ), Hawker 750/800XP/850XP/900XP, АНN74 aircraft as well as copies and processes the flight data on aircraft.
The company has an ISO 9001 certificate (the quality management system complies with international standards).

The company provides the following services:
- Line maintenance of the Embraer-135BJ, Boeing 737 NG, Hawker 750/800XP/850XP/900XP, АN-74 aircraft.
- Base maintenance of the AN-74 aircraft including control and restoration works (CRW) 1, 2, 3.
- Searching, ordering and delivery of the aircraft component and spare parts (logistics).
The company has the long-term contracts with the manufacturers of spare parts and equipment, as well as has the warehouse at Vnukovo airport. - Urgent technical support (AOG) of the Embraer-135BJ, Boeing 737 NG, Hawker 750/800XP/850XP/900XP, АN-74 aircraft.

The company performs the external cleaning and polishing of aircraft. Only the certified materials are used for it. Copy the flight data and its subsequent processing. - Copy and processing of the flight data.
Copy and processing of the flight data is required pursuant to the Russian laws. Copy and processing of the flight data shall be performed when each aircraft’s return to the base airport, but not less than once in 10 days. - Manufacturing of technical tracks, caps, covers and pennants for the aircraft.
